Welcome to Friends In Trouble

F.I.T is a non-profit community based organization with a goal to build stronger and healthier communities. Through innovative arts, education, employment and empowerment programs we provide youth and families with the tools needed to improve their lives.

FIT works with individuals and families living with and facing the impacts of poverty and oppression, to act as a vehicle of empowerment by which individuals are able to access resources, create opportunities and lead processes that impact them.
