Our Staff

An important part of FIT is the staffs that make up our team. We believe that a commitment to community development and equity should be reflective in the staff team, leadership team and board of directors. All staff hired at FIT is reflective of the community in which we support and are residents of the community and have experienced poverty and share the same oppression as the residents we seek to empower. This personalizes our defensive stand against oppression, as it is not a fight for a “client” it is a fight for our selves and our community.

FIT ensures that our team is reflective of the demographics of the community throughout the organization and the Board of Director(s).
